Terms Of Payment For Purchase of Property
1. Buyer pays 2% of purchase price upon confirmation with Letter Of Intent (LOI).
2. Buyer pays 8% of purchase price upon signing Option To Purchse (OTP) or Sales and Purchase Agreement (S&P).
3. Buyer pays 90% of purchase price towards completion of the conveyancing of hotel property.
Transaction Procedures
1. Agent and Buyer signs Confidentiality Agreement, buyer issues Letter Of Appointment to agent, thereafter agent provides complete property offers to buyer.
2. Buyer issues Letter Of Intent (LOI) / Offer To Purchase (OTP) and pays deposit to commence due diligence to Seller (In some cases where Seller requires non-refundable deposit from Buyer).
3. Seller and buyer signs the Option To Purchase (OTP) or Sales and Purchase Agreement (S&P) and make further payment from buyer to seller.
4. Conveyancing commences by seller's lawyer (usually takes about 10 to 12 weeks for completion in Singapore).
